Dear Authors and Reviewers,

In order to improve the quality, transparency, and efficiency of the peer-review process for scientific publications, ensure the effective operation of editorial processes on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, and maintain uninterrupted communication between the editorial office and reviewers, the scientific journal "Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Law Series" hereby informs authors and reviewers of the requirements for the use of email addresses.

Reviewers are recommended to comply with the following requirements:

When registering and working on the OJS platform, use official institutional email addresses provided by universities, research organizations, and other institutions (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).
If an institutional email address is unavailable, use Gmail (@gmail.com) to ensure the reliable receipt of system notifications.
Avoid using email addresses from public email services such as @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, @list.ru, and other similar services as the primary means of communication with the editorial office.
If necessary, update the email address in your OJS user profile by providing a valid institutional email address or Gmail address.

Authors are recommended to provide valid and up-to-date email addresses to ensure the timely receipt of notifications from the editorial office.

Compliance with these requirements will contribute to improving the efficiency of editorial processes, ensuring the timely delivery of system notifications, and enhancing the quality of the peer-review process for scientific publications.
