Criminal policy in the system of combating female terrorism

Abstract

The article is devoted to countering female terrorism. Female terrorism is viewed from the discovery of
the incentive-regulatory mechanisms of the formation and development of this social phenomenon. The establishment
of causal relations, caused by social, socio-economic, socio-psychological factors, determines the improvement of the
use of methods and ways of countering women’s terrorism through legal regulation of social relations in the field of
criminal proceedings in solving criminal and criminal procedural tasks. Improving the criminal policy in the system
of combating female terrorism is an effective method of ensuring anti-criminal security of the individual, including
the personality of a woman. Anticriminal security of a woman’s personality in the system of countering women’s
terrorism is an effective mechanism ensuring the protection and safeguarding of the rights and freedoms of a person,
a citizen and a person, the development of methods for disclosing, investigating and preventing crimes of a terrorist
nature.
In the method of disclosing, investigating and preventing crimes of a terrorist nature, attention is paid to the
interaction of state, law enforcement agencies, religious associations, the media, both within the state and abroad, and
attention is paid to international cooperation.
