Digital technologies have changed the nature of modern life. The EAEU labour market faces several problems that digitalization may solve. Digitalization opens up numerous opportunities. Therefore, this article discusses issues related to the rapid use of modern technologies that are being dynamically introduced into social and labour relations to adapt them to the new reality. These processes are actively taking place on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and make it possible to create a more efficient and transparent labour market. The research is based on the methods of studying and analyzing specialized literature, regulatory legal acts, statistical data, and a comparison of labour legislation of the EAEU countries. The analysis of the literature used (both domestic and foreign) allows us to understand the essence of the ongoing transformations in the labour market of the affected economic region. The analysis of statistical data from 2017 to 2022 clearly shows how the digitalization of the labour market has had a positive effect on the labour area (by the example of a decrease in the unemployment rate). The article presents conclusions about the experience of digitalization of the EAEU labour market, and not only problems but also new opportunities are indicated. The materials of the article can be used by an unlimited number of people who are interested in social and labour relations and their evolution.
