The structure and specifics of the content of the court decision on the establishment of adoption under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova

Abstract

The article considers some aspects of the modern civil procedure and family legislation of the Republic of Moldova on the structure and content of the court decision on the establishment of adoption of children. The effectiveness of protection of the rights of adoptees, adoptive parents, and parents of adoptees is an important task of family legislation and civil proceedings. Accurate knowledge of the legal nature, form, and structure of the judicial decision in adoption cases serves as an effective guarantee of the rights of children and other persons involved in adoption cases.
