Abstract

Crime prevention is a system of developed measures aimed at its prevention, suppression and disclosure of crimes committed. It includes preventive measures that reduce the level of criminality in society, reduce or minimize the number of new types of criminal acts.1
The priority of crime prevention lies in the main three components: a) the proactive influence exerted on various types of crimes allows reducing the number of possible victims; b) efficiency – creating prerequisites for reducing the number of crimes committed and the possibility of their new varieties; c) saving society’s resources is to reduce the cost of maintaining the criminal contingent, reducing the losses of the state, society and the individual resulting from the implementation of criminal encroachments 1. The listed components are fully sufficient and justified, and, in our opinion, are not subject to criticism.
For a complete and qualitative criminological characterization of suicide, we gave the author’s concept of the identity of the criminal who committed suicide, the typology of criminals, the definition of the victim of the victim of the crime specified in Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the categories of persons (victims) in respect of whom suicide is most often committed.
The article proposes measures to prevent the commission of an act provided for in Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at minimizing, eliminating, and neutralizing it.
