Abstract

The authors who participated in the constitutional proceedings as experts have presented to the readers the preliminary stage of consideration of the appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of citizen B.K. Baizhumanov. The article outlines the main provisions of the scientific legal conclusions prepared by them, based on the analysis of relevant international and national regulatory legal sources of legislation, the research of special literature, and the doctrinal interpretation of relevant legislation in the field of criminal, criminal procedure, labor law, and social security, law enforcement and pension legal relations.
