Issues of the effectiveness of labor law norms within the framework of inter-sectoral legal relations

Abstract

The article justifies the author’s approach to determining the effectiveness of labor law norms in the key of intersectoral legal regulation and forms of intersectoral interaction: joint, subsidiary, and competing (conflict). Based on the author’s concept of intersectoral legal regulation the article highlights solutions to theoretical and applied problems of coordinating labor and tax law norms in ensuring full and productive employment, forming the institute of social services for personnel, ensuring a healthy lifestyle, etc.
