The research paper examines ratified universal, regional, bilateral international acts of public legal nature related to the recognition of original training courses, the study of which has become the goal of students, teachers, researchers, administrative staff through the use of academic and scientific mobility, participation in international cooperation based on the Bologna scientific and educational process. This approach contributes to improving the level and quality of knowledge, deep knowledge of the mobility participants of the phenomena, the latest technologies that are not sufficiently developed in their country. The authors of the article pay special attention to the in-depth mastering of the English language, other world languages, and their professional terminology by those wishing to study relevant courses, conduct research on joint projects at foreign universities. Bilateral agreements and agreements on cooperation between universities within the framework of international and domestic academic and scientific mobility based on international private law and Kazakh civil law provide practical assistance in the implementation of this mobility.
